My poor baby has a boo-boo
So I am cruising along, minding my own business in slow traffic when *BOOM*, a truck behind me, trying to change lanes, catches the right rear of my car.
Damn it! And this was only the beginning of a very bad day. The details of which I will spare you. Fortunately, I am meeting the fabulous Jen and Keri on Friday to be fabulous.

I'm sorry to hear about your poor car! Did you suffer any whiplash? Looks like that truck drive was probably speeding or not paying attention or something. He had to have been going at a good speed. What a jerk huh?!

Hi - no whiplash, but thanks for thinking of that - no one was hurt. We weren't actually going that fast, it was slow moving traffic, but he was driving a pretty heavy duty truck (a utility truck). Only concern now is that the company he works for is not answering the complaint. I wonder what that is going to ultimately mean.
Yes, they did eventually respond and covered all the damage and a rental car for me while my car was being repaired - so it all worked out pretty well after all.
